How we work

Understand the challenge. Design the change. Build the capacity to sustain it.

We combine a systemic perspective with a commitment to transformation to address concrete business and organizational needs. We aim to turn results into lasting capabilities and practices.

We agree on the depth of the intervention according to the situation. We work on defined projects, advise leaders, assume executive responsibilities or participate in governance bodies.

Ways of working

The challenge shapes the work. The mandate defines our role.

We choose the approach according to the intended outcomes, authority required and internal capacity available. Approaches can be combined with explicit responsibilities.

01

Project consulting

A defined intervention with agreed deliverables and completion criteria.

We develop diagnoses, designs and action plans, and support implementation as agreed in the scope. We work with an internal owner, review milestones and completion criteria. Executive authority remains within the organization.

Scope, deliverables, time commitment and duration defined for the engagement.

02

Leadership advisory

External perspective and continuity for decision-makers.

We maintain a recurring working space to analyze situations, test judgment, prepare decisions and review their effects. Leaders retain executive authority and responsibility for implementation.

Frequency, preparation, follow-up and availability agreed according to the agenda.

03

Fractional or interim leadership

Executive capacity with an explicit mandate.

We assume leadership responsibilities, coordinate the team and put decisions into practice. Fractional involvement is part-time and recurring; interim leadership temporarily covers a role. Both can be combined. We prepare the transfer of capabilities and authority from the outset.

Agreed authority, objectives, time commitment, reporting and handover conditions.

04

Board and advisory council participation

Independent judgment and continuity in governance.

We attend meetings, review management information, assess priorities and risks, and follow up on commitments. We contribute to governance while respecting the authority of executive management.

Defined mandate, responsibilities, frequency and approach to evaluating our contribution.

Method

From a challenge to a lasting capability.

Understanding the system guides the intervention. Its depth depends on the challenge: a focused improvement may be sufficient; other situations require changes to rules, capabilities or operating patterns.

01

Define the scope.

We understand the situation, intended outcome, stakeholders and constraints. We agree on what needs to be clarified before acting.

02

Examine the evidence.

We bring together accounts, documents, indicators and working experiences. We look for convergence, contradictions and gaps in information.

03

Build a hypothesis.

We integrate the evidence to explain the factors influencing the situation. We test that interpretation and keep it open to revision.

04

Decide what must change.

We agree on priorities and distinguish focused adjustments from changes in rules, responsibilities, capabilities or leadership criteria.

05

Design and implement.

We define initiatives, owners, resources and follow-up. We test changes in operations and use evidence to adjust the course.

06

Transfer and consolidate.

We review results, transfer knowledge and responsibilities, and strengthen the team’s capacity to sustain and improve what has been implemented.

Systemic Map

Understand the relationships that sustain how the organization works.

The Systemic Map connects people, conversations, decisions, processes and dependencies. It organizes a shared, revisable hypothesis about how the organization works, at the level of detail the situation requires.

When the challenge calls for a transition, the Transition Map makes the intended state, conditions for change and necessary decisions explicit. Transition activation puts that design into practice. In a business launch, organizational genesis guides the development of an organization capable of operating and learning.

Scope and agreements

A clear agreement before we begin.

We define the challenge, expected outcomes and deliverables, team, responsibilities, time commitment, schedule, fees, and review and completion criteria. Duration reflects the scope and conditions for implementation.

We clarify what we deliver, what belongs to the internal team and what requires specialists or suppliers. We also agree on information use and confidentiality. We use each instrument within its conditions of application and interpretive limits.
