1. Data processed and purposes

The data processed are the full name, email address, organisation —if provided—, message content, selected language, date of receipt and record of consent. The data are used solely to receive, examine, respond to and follow up the enquiry; send an automated acknowledgement; and prevent abuse or security incidents. Technical connection data may be processed temporarily for security controls; rate limiting uses a hash identifier and does not include the IP address in the email sent.

The data will not be used for advertising, campaigns or subscriptions without separate consent. Sensitive data and unnecessary confidential information must not be included.

2. Required information

3. Recipients and service providers

Where those providers operate infrastructure outside Argentina, processing or transfer will be carried out in accordance with Argentine Law 25,326 and its supplementary rules.

4. Retention

If the enquiry does not lead to a professional relationship, the data will be retained for no more than 12 months from the last communication and will then be deleted, unless a legal obligation, the handling of a claim or the defence of rights justifies a different period.

5. Security and confidentiality

Reasonable measures are applied for validation, submission limits, access control and email security. No system can provide absolute security; the form must therefore not be used to transmit sensitive, secret or particularly critical information.

6. Data subject rights

The data subject may request access to their data free of charge under the applicable legal terms and may request its updating, rectification, confidentiality or deletion where appropriate.
